WholesaleX lets you control where customers go after registration or login and what messages appear during different account states.
Open the Registration Form Builder and select:
Form Settings → General Settings
Scroll below the Authentication and B2B Account Experience settings.
Redirect URL Rules
Redirect Page URL After Registration
Enter the page URL customers should visit after completing registration.
Examples include:
https://example.com/registration-complete/https://example.com/my-account/The destination should match your registration process. For example, customers awaiting admin approval can be sent to a page explaining what happens next.
Leave the field empty when you do not need a custom registration redirect.
Redirect Page URL After Login
Enter the page URL customers should visit after signing in.
For example:
https://example.com/my-account/You can also redirect wholesale customers to a dedicated dashboard or ordering page.
Leave it empty to use the default login destination.

Registration Successful Message
This message appears after the registration form is submitted successfully.
The text should match the selected approval method.
For admin approval:
Thank you for registering. We will review your application and notify you once your account is approved.For email confirmation:
Thank you for registering. Check your email and confirm your address to complete the registration.For automatic approval:
Your account has been created successfully. You can now sign in.Avoid telling customers that their account is ready when it still requires email or administrator approval.
Form Message for Logged-In User
This message appears when an authenticated customer accesses the form while Show Form in Logged-In User is disabled.
Example:
You are already logged in and cannot access this registration form.Customize Form-Related Text
Open:
Form Settings → Text

Logout to See This Form Text
Enter the message shown when a customer must log out before accessing the form.
Example:
Log out to view this form.Login to See Price Text
Enter the message shown when product prices are restricted to logged-in customers.
Example:
Log in to view wholesale prices.Use a direct action-based message so customers know what they need to do.
Save and Test
Click Save Changes, then test:
- A successful registration
- A customer login
- The form while already logged in
- A restricted product price while logged out
Confirm that each message appears in the correct situation and that the redirect URLs open the intended pages.
