Before installing WholesaleX, make sure your website environment meets the following requirements. This helps ensure stable performance, full feature compatibility, and a smooth wholesale management experience.
WordPress and WooCommerce Version
WholesaleX requires the following minimum versions:
- WordPress 6.0 or higher
- WooCommerce 8.0 or higher
For the best compatibility, security, and performance, we recommend using the latest stable versions of both WordPress and WooCommerce.
PHP Version
- Minimum required: PHP 7.4
- Recommended: PHP 8.0 or higher
Using an outdated PHP version may result in compatibility issues, reduced performance, or unexpected behavior.
Database Requirements
WholesaleX follows the same database requirements as WordPress:
- MySQL 5.6 or higher
- MariaDB 10.1 or higher
Memory Limit
- Recommended WordPress memory limit: 256 MB or higher
A higher memory limit helps ensure smooth operation when processing wholesale pricing rules, user roles, registration requests, and other store activities.
Supported Browsers
WholesaleX is compatible with the latest versions of:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari
- Microsoft Edge
Internet Explorer is not supported.
HTTPS Support
WholesaleX works in both HTTP and HTTPS environments. However, HTTPS is strongly recommended to improve security and protect customer, registration, and wholesale account data.
