Installing and Licensing

Before installing WholesaleX, make sure your website meets the minimum system requirements and that WooCommerce is installed and activated.

WholesaleX is built specifically for WooCommerce stores and requires WooCommerce to function properly.

Installing the Free Version

You can install the free version of WholesaleX directly from the WordPress plugin repository or by uploading the plugin ZIP file manually.

Automatic Installation

This is the quickest way to install WholesaleX.

  1. Go to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New Plugin
  2. Search for WholesaleX
  3. Click Install Now
  4. Once the installation is complete, click Activate

Manual Installation

If you have downloaded the plugin ZIP file, follow these steps:

  1. Go to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New Plugin
  2. Click Upload Plugin
  3. Select the WholesaleX ZIP file from your device
  4. Click Install Now
  5. After installation, click Activate

Installing and Activating the Pro Version

The Pro version unlocks additional wholesale pricing, user management, registration, conversation, and advanced store features.

Step 1: Download WholesaleX Pro

Log in to your WPXPO account and download the WholesaleX Pro ZIP file. You can also find your license key in your account dashboard.

Step 2: Upload and Install the Plugin

  1. Go to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New Plugin
  2. Click Upload Plugin
  3. Upload the WholesaleX Pro ZIP file
  4. Click Install Now
  5. Activate the plugin after installation

If the free version is not already installed, WholesaleX Pro will automatically install the required core plugin.

Step 3: Activate Your License

  1. Copy your license key from the WPXPO dashboard
  2. Navigate to WholesaleX → License
  3. Paste your license key into the license field
  4. Click Activate

After successful activation, all available Pro features will be unlocked on your website.

Verify Your Installation

Once the plugin is activated, you can access WholesaleX from the WordPress admin menu. From there, you can configure wholesale pricing rules, create B2B roles, customize registration forms, manage conversations and quotes, and adjust store-wide settings.
