Plugin License

The plugins you use for WordPress are released under the GPL (General Public License v3 or later). The paid plugin can be installed on unlimited websites (according to the pack you purchase). Nevertheless, you’ll have access to updates and support following the package terms you bought.

Lifetime Access  

Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase option for our plugin. This perk guarantees you continued use of our plugins and themes for as long as WholesaleX offers your selected product or service.

Warranty

Human coding mistakes are a common occurrence. Thus, we provide these plugins “as is.” Under the GNU General Public License, we provide no guarantees for our code. More so, we can only promise that our products will work with the plugins or themes you’re using now or in the future if we mention compatibility with them.

Liabilities 

WholesaleX disclaims all responsibility for consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages resulting from or in any way connected with using our goods and services.

Product Delivery

After signing into your account, you can download any purchased items. Just signing in is enough to access the account and download the free version of the plugin. There is no time restriction on product downloads through the dashboard.

The first thing you should do if there is an issue is to ensure that all payments have been processed. Please submit a ticket if you have purchased it but still need help with issues. Ticket requests relating to account issues are given top priority.

Compatibility 

We do provide custom support with plugins. We often resolve the issue by submitting a support request when it involves just a few lines of code. The WordPress code standard was used in the development of our plugin. Hence, conflict is quite unlikely. Also, we assist in fixing any issues or bugs that may arise.

Updates

As soon as we become aware of a problem, we attempt to fix it and provide an updated version of our product. We sometimes fix the problem in the ticket before we update our products. In the case of more complex problems, you may have to wait a bit.

Support 

You can submit a ticket for development support after purchasing if needed. The price structure specifies that premium items come with premium assistance. As long as your license is effective, or as long as WholesaleX continues to provide premium support, you will have access to it.

For instance, a year of active support and updates comes with purchasing every plugin. Our ticketing system is the primary means of contact with our support team. In order to best serve our clients, we work hard to respond to their inquiries as quickly as possible. Sometimes assistance is delayed because of weekends and vacations. Over the holidays, we will still offer service and assistance through automated responses.

We try our heart and soul to provide support to the free users. Yet, we try our best to respond to your needs and queries as quickly as possible. We recommend the WordPress.org support forum for free support.

NOTE: We are not obliged to provide support on Facebook, Twitter, or other social networks. Currently we have stopped live chat support until further notice.

Offers / Price Changes 

Regarding the price adjustment, WholesaleX has full autonomy. Price reductions and special deals are standard operating procedures.

Illegal Uses

Whenever a user attempts fraudulent or spammy behavior on our site, we have no choice but to terminate their access to the site to protect the safety of our other users. Email us immediately if you experience anything suspicious while using the WholesaleX website. We will make it our top priority to resolve the issue.
