The General Settings control who can access the form, what happens after registration, and how new accounts are approved.
Open the Registration Form Builder and use the settings panel on the right. Select:
Form Settings → General Settings
Form Formatting
Two switches appear at the top of the panel.
Enable Form Title
Enable this option to display the title and description sections above the Login and Registration forms.
Disable it when you want to show only the form fields without the headings.
The Login and Registration titles can be edited separately from their gear icons in the form preview.
Enable Login Form
Enable this option to display the Login form beside the Registration form.
Disable it when the page should contain only the registration form.
Authentication and Access
User Login Option
Choose what happens after a customer completes registration.
Manual Login After Registration
The customer must sign in manually after creating the account.
Use this when you want customers to return to the Login form after registration or when the account requires approval before access.
Auto Login After Registration
The customer is signed in automatically after registration.
Use this when new accounts can access the site immediately after completing the form.
Registration Approval Method
Choose how new registrations are approved.
Email Confirmation
The customer must confirm their email address before completing the account setup.
Use this when you want to verify that the submitted email address belongs to the applicant.
Auto Approval
The account is approved immediately after registration.
This is suitable when every valid registration can access the account without manual review.
Admin Approval Required
The account remains pending until a site administrator reviews and approves it.
Use this when wholesale applications require business verification, document review, or eligibility checks.
This setting is the default approval method for all users. You can assign a different approval method to individual B2B roles from the WholesaleX User Roles settings.
B2B Account Experience
Separate My Account Page for B2B Users
Use this dropdown to select a separate My Account page for B2B customers.
This is useful when wholesale users need a different account dashboard, navigation structure, or set of account features from regular WooCommerce customers.
Leave the default page selected when both B2B and regular customers should use the same My Account page.
Show Form in Logged-In User
Enable this option to keep the form visible to customers who are already logged in.
Disable it when logged-in users should see a message instead of the registration and login forms.
The message shown to logged-in users can be changed from the Message section under General Settings.
Save the Settings
Click Save Changes after completing the setup. Test the form while logged out and logged in to confirm that the visibility and account-access behavior work as intended.
