How can the WCFM Vendors and Customers Communicate with Each Other?

Customers can get in touch with their vendors through the WholesaleX Conversation feature.

First, let us see how a customer can use the Conversation feature.

Step 1: Go to Conversation

Customers need to log in and go to the My Account page. Then click the Conversations tab. After that, they have to click the New Conversation button to a new tab in their browser.

Here, They can start/create a new conversation.

Step 2: Craft a New Conversation

Here, customers have to add a title for this conversation. Then they need to select reciepient — which vendor is going to recieve the message.

Finally, they have to type in the message they want to send. After completing the message customers need to hit the create conversation button.

It will start a new conversation with the selected vendor.

Now, let’s see how a vendor can reply to this conversation.

Step 1: Go to Conversation

Vendors can see the conversation from Vendor Dashboard > Conversation.

Here, vendors will see the conversation with their customers. 

Step 2: Reply to Conversation

Click on the conversation to see it and reply. Type your message in the text field and click Reply to send a reply to the customer.
