This documentation will guide you through upgrading an existing WholesaleX license to a better one. 

Suppose you have purchased the Starter Package. After using it for a while, you realize it is the right choice and want to use the Business Package.

So in this situation, you are welcome to upgrade your existing license to a better one. And, Guess What! You don’t need to pay the full amount of the plan to which you want to upgrade. Rather you just need to pay the residual amount. That means the amount you have paid while purchasing the existing license will be deducted from the price of the new license.

To upgrade to the better plan of WholesaleX, you need to follow the below steps:

Step 1: Open My Account 

First, go to WholesaleX website. Click on the “My Account” Section.

You will be redirected to the login page if you have not logged in yet. Use login credentials to redirect you to the “My Account” page.

Then you will see the dashboard view of your account. Here, you will find the purchased package of WholesaleX.

Step 2: Choose and Upgrade Plan

Click on the “Upgrade”  button. Upon clicking the button you can explore and decide which plan you want to upgrade to. Click the Upgrade beside your preferred package.

After that, you will be redirected to the checkout page. Complete the checkout process and adapt with the upgraded plan.
