Plugin Status
This setting defines the overall mode of your store.
- B2B (Wholesale Only): Your store will be restricted to wholesale customers only. Regular retail customers will not have access to pricing or purchasing.
- B2C (Public Only): The store operates as a standard WooCommerce shop, visible to all users without wholesale features.
- B2B & B2C Hybrid (Wholesale and Public)
Both retail and wholesale customers can use the store simultaneously. Wholesale users will see special pricing and rules, while public users see regular store pricing.
Apply Product Discount
This setting controls whether the wholesale discounts will be applied on top of a product’s regular price or sale price.
- Regular Price: Choose this if you want wholesale discount based on the product’s regular price
- Sale Price: Choose this if you want a wholesale discount based on the product’s sale price
Hide Product Stock for B2C Customers
This setting controls how inventory information is shown to non-wholesale users.
- Disabled: Stock visibility remains the same for all users.
- Hide Stock Completely for B2C Buyers: Retail customers will not see stock information at all.
- Only Hide Stock Quantity for B2C Buyers: Retail users can see stock status but not exact quantities.
More Settings
You will find several more advanced customization options from this Settings menu. Check the following details for each one’s functionality.
Enable B2B Stock Management: Enable the option to manage B2B stock from the product’s inventory settings.
This option allows separate stock handling for wholesale (B2B) customers.
Disable Coupons: This setting removes coupon functionality for wholesale users. Enable this option so that coupon fields are hidden on cart and checkout pages.
Allow Hidden Product to Checkout: This controls whether products hidden from visibility rules can still be purchased.
When enabled, users can check out with products even if they are hidden from catalog/shop pages.
All Discounts on Total Cart Amount (Including Tax): This setting controls whether you want to allow discounts on total cart value including tax.
Allow Full Access to Shop Manager: This grants WooCommerce shop managers full access to WholesaleX features. Useful for store admins or managers handling wholesale operations.
Enable User Role Switching: Enable this option to let registered users request a switch to another WholesaleX user role from their My Account page. Store administrators can review each request and either approve or reject the role change.
Enable Page Visibility by Group: Controls access to WholesaleX pages based on user roles/groups. You can restrict or allow specific pages for certain user groups.
Override Regular Price Suffix
Customize the text shown after regular prices on shop and product pages.
- Example: “$100 + tax” or “$100 per unit”
WholesaleX Price Suffix
Customize the text shown after wholesale prices on shop and product pages.
- Example: “$80 (wholesale price)” or “$80 per case”
